Our goal was to create an app that simplifies communication between Volvo car owners and the service department. The app provides all the necessary vehicle information and allows easy real-time communication.

The challenge was to create a robust and flexible system that would enable efficient management of vehicle information, facilitate communication between the customer and the service department, and optimize service processes in real-time.
Solution
Comprehensive Mobile App and System Integration
We developed a mobile app for iOS and Android built on React Native, integrated with the internal CRM system of Auto Průhonice. The app enables direct communication with customers and video conferences between the service department and car owners.
