DPD is part of Geopost, the largest parcel delivery network in Europe, and delivers up to hundreds of thousands of parcels daily in the Czech Republic, depending on the season. Since 2021, we have been working together to build robust and scalable digital solutions that help meet growing customer demands and keep pace with the fast-moving world of e-commerce — taking parcel delivery into a new era.

Scaling without chaos
The complexity of DPD’s systems keeps growing – along with expectations. It’s crucial to keep everything aligned: proprietary parcel lockers and pickup points, partner integrations, returns and claims, pickup scheduling, external courier networks, and the core system. All without disruption, with a strong focus on data, scalability, and integration.
THE SOLUTION
A universal foundation for the future of delivery
We’ve built a modular ecosystem around DPD’s Universe ERP system. It powers everything from pickup locations and e-shop APIs to partner portals and courier tools. Clear, stable, and ready to scale. We design, build, and continuously evolve it. Our work also included delivering the complete software solution for DPD’s proprietary parcel lockers – from cloud backend and core system integration to the UX/UI on locker screens. This solution was rolled out in th Czech Republic and across the CEE region as a foundation for further expansion.
